Communication was clear and effective (I was initially nervous that it was taking a while between new information but i guess patience is a virtue because apparently that’s how these things go, but trust that they’re on it!) I literally just gave them all requested info, paid the one time fee and did not have to move another muscle until my eventual congratulatory message that I was officially Off the Record! Thanks Lori, this has been a big weight off my back.

No harm done and my case was resolved in the end, but I thought the technical glitch was worth mentioning for an entirely online process.
